So, to make this adventure a reality, you must really
understand the "AGEL SYSTEM"........
Please arrange your time to attend the NMT (new member training)
orientation seminar, and to attend the other active member
training sessions and the KEY team building presentations,
called ABB's in Agel.
Our meeting and training sessions are held in the corporate
office. 37 EDSA, Mandaluyong
As follows:
1. New member training & orientation - the 14 steps to
success - every Thursday at 2:00 pm and every Friday at 7:00 pm.
2. Member training on how to use the "back office" business
management software available on line at agel.com. = every
Wednesday at 1:00 pm and Saturday at 5:30 pm.
3. Product awareness and training every Wednesday at 2:00 pm
and Friday at 2:00 pm, and Fridays at 9:00 pm.
4. A group PBR is held every Tuesday at 7:00 pm. You should be
in attendance with your prospects at this meeting if you choose
to use the corporate schedule.. After you have learned how to
do your own PBR's, then you can even do the presentation at
these meetings, or hold your own wherever it is convenient for
your prospect.. Always suggest your new members or
prospects attend an ABB after attending this PBR..
5. ABB's are held every Saturday at 2:30 pm. The most
successful leaders will attend this meeting every week. This
meeting is The KEY to successful team building. Attend at
least once a month for sure. Bring your prospects if at all
possible. Invite and send them even if you cannot attend. When
your business is growing, you will probably conduct your own ABB
meetings, together with other Agel team members, at a hotel near
your teams major location.
To be successful, you will continuously work to upgrade your
account to the EXECUTIVE level, and to reach MANAGER rank as
quick as possible. Full benefits of the Agel system will
surface at the Executive Manager status. Trust me, set your
goals high, and you will achieve them.
